Martin Gordon combined experience with London-based training in music and silver smithing, early work at Flutemaker's Guild, London and working as apprentice to the world renowned Albert Cooper in launching his decades-long career as a flutemaker, international consultant, custom head joint maker and hand engraver. Gordon has worked and consulted for virtually every major business in the flute industry - from Brannen Brothers, to Powell to Haynes. His personal focus remains custom work for players and collectors with a focus on head joints and hand engraving.
